Note: Student License product (SLP) customers, including faculty/staff personal use customers, eligible for a CS3 upgrade, must contact Adobe Customer Service at 800-833-6687 to directly claim their upgrade to CS3.3. They will need to supply the following:

• Dated proof of purchase from an Adobe Authorized Reseller
  (Customers can print a receipt of their purchase by logging into the WebStore and clicking on My Software on the left. 
  Find the Adobe product on the list and click on the invoice number. The page presented is a purchase receipt.)
• Product name, serial number, language, and platform
• Name and physical shipping address, daytime phone number, and e-mail address
